The social counselling service (independent of nationality and residence status) and refugee counselling service (for asylum seekers and refugees with temporary right to stay) of Caritas offer support in interactions with Sozialamt, Jobcenter and Foreigner’s Registration Office and other agencies as well as landlords, energy suppliers and similar services.
An active help with the apartment search is unfortunately not possible.
