House rules
Living in a multi-family house requires the compliance with rules and mutual respect. The house rules regulate the cleanness (cleaning of the stairwell), noise (times of the noon and night’s rest), the security, the winter road clearance and leave sweeping, the keeping of pets and the use of shared spaces.
Heating and ventilation
Regular ventilation can prevent the formation of mold. Even in the winter months daily ventilation is necessary. Leaving the windows open in tilt position (half open) for a longer period while the heater is switched on may lead to high heating costs. To avoid this, you should open the windows properly for a few minutes several times a day. To do this, open two opposite-facing windows two or three times a day for two to five minutes, so that a strong flow of air arises. After that, you close the windows completely.
